Stellar Blade Director unterstützt begeistert PC-Modding-Community

Stellar Blade-Direktor und Produzent Kim Hyung Tae zeigt starke Unterstützung für Mods und möchte diese sogar selbst ausprobieren. Bei einer Pressekonferenz in Yeouido, Südkorea, äußerte sich Kim laut mehreren Quellen positiv über Modding: „Ich begrüße es voll und ganz, wenn Spieler Mods erstellen. Besonders auf innovative Mods bin ich gespannt und werde sie selbst testen“, sagte er. „Es begeistert mich, dass Spieler eigene Mods entwickeln und sich im freundschaftlichen Wettbewerb messen, um zu sehen, welche Kreationen herausstechen. Ich ermutige mehr Spieler, sich in die Mod-Entwicklung einzubringen“, fügte er hinzu. PlayObwohl die PC-Version noch nicht veröffentlicht ist, ist die Modding-Community bereits aktiv. Zahlreiche Mods für die PC-Demo sind auf Nexus verfügbar – von neuen Skins und Reshadern bis hin zu VR-Anpassungen und Nagellack-Optimierungen. Einige als „erwachsenenfreundlich“ gekennzeichnete Mods bleiben jedoch diskret verborgen. IGNs Stellar Blade-Test vergab 7/10 und merkte an: „Stellar Blade überzeugt mit starken Action-Elementen, aber flache Charaktere, eine schwache Handlung und holprige RPG-Mechaniken halten es davon ab, zur Elite des Genres zu gehören.“ Die PC-Version von Stellar Blade erscheint am 11. Juni auf Steam und bietet exklusive Features wie KI-Upscaling mit Nvidia DLSS 4 und AMD FSR 3, entfesselte Bildrate, japanische und chinesische Sprachausgabe, Ultrawide-Display-Unterstützung, verbesserte Umgebungstexturen sowie DualSense-Kompatibilität für haptisches Feedback und Trigger-Effekte. Zunächst in über 100 Ländern regionsgesperrt, ist sie nun in mehr als 250 Regionen vorbestellbar. Während es keinen Multiplayer-Mod für Stellar Blade gibt, wurden Spuren von Multiplayer-Elementen in den Spieledateien entdeckt.
