Имея лицензию Atlus, P5X первоначально был запущен в стадии открытого бета-тестирования с программным запуском. Высокие показатели SEGA и планы на будущее

SEGA сообщила о высоких продажах в категории «Полные игры», сославшись на такие успехи, как Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth (1 миллион единиц за первую неделю), Persona 3 Reload ( 1 миллион единиц за первую неделю – самый быстрый результат за всю историю Atlus) и Football Manager 2024 (9 миллионов игроки).

Заглядывая в будущее, SEGA реструктурирует свой бизнес, создавая новый сегмент «Игровой бизнес», в котором особое внимание уделяется онлайн-играм, с целью установить сильное присутствие на рынке Северной Америки.
