Android Puzzle Game Tests Physics Skills

Sleepy Stork has arrived on Android today. It’s a straightforward physics-based puzzle game by Tim Kretz, published under the label Moonstripes. The indie studio’s previous releases include Window Wiggle, Butterfly Surprise, Dots and Bubbles, and Human Flag.

Dream Along with Sleepy Stork

You take on the role of a stork that suddenly dozes off mid-flight during its migration south. From then on, your goal is to guide the limp, sleeping bird safely to its bed. That’s the whole challenge.

With more than 100 levels, each stage introduces a fresh set of physics-based obstacles you must overcome. Tap objects, drop items, or clear a path to let the bird bounce or slide gently toward a cozy landing.

Sleepy Stork continuously ramps up the challenge, especially after the first dozen stages. You'll face tiles of all shapes and sizes blocking your path.

What makes Sleepy Stork stand out among puzzle games is its dream theme. Each time your stork reaches the bed, it drifts into a dream—each level features a unique one, complete with interpretations.

For example, did you know that dreaming of a lion symbolizes challenges and conflicts awaiting you when you wake? Or that a dream about a toilet suggests you need to release negative feelings? Strange but true!

Comedy Meets Physics—In the Best Way

The game also leans into the humor of its physics engine. At times the stork lies completely still while the environment tosses it around like a ragdoll. It’s hilarious to watch this oversized bird get flung across the screen by a randomly bouncing platform.

Smile at the absurd sight of your bird flailing through the air, all while picking up quirky facts about dream symbolism. That’s the charm of Sleepy Stork! Download it free now from the Google Play Store.
