Adin Ross Recommits to Kick, Hints at "Bigger" Plans

Popular streamer Adin Ross has definitively ended speculation about his future, confirming his long-term commitment to the Kick streaming platform. After a mysterious absence in 2024 that fueled rumors of his departure, Ross's recent return with a new livestream alongside Cuffem, Shaggy, and Konvy signals a renewed partnership. This follows a December 21, 2024 livestream with Kick CEO Ed Craven where Ross explicitly stated his intention to remain on the platform.

Ross's move to Kick from Twitch in 2023, following a Twitch ban, was a significant factor in Kick's rapid growth. His 74-day absence sparked considerable uncertainty, with speculation ranging from creative differences to a potential falling out with platform leadership. However, his recent tweet emphatically declares his intention to "stay for good this time," putting those rumors to rest.

Beyond his return, Ross teased "something even bigger" on the horizon. While details remain scarce, many fans believe this relates to his Brand Risk boxing events, a venture he previously highlighted as a key area of expansion with Kick's support. Given past legal challenges with Misfits Boxing earlier in 2024, the success of future Brand Risk endeavors will be closely watched.

Ross's decision is a boon for both Kick and his fanbase. Kick, co-founded by Bijan Tehrani, has ambitious goals, aiming to either surpass or acquire Twitch. Ross's continued presence significantly strengthens Kick's position in the competitive streaming landscape, bolstering its efforts to achieve this ambitious target.
