Author:Kristen Update:May 22,2025

Schedule I continues to captivate players with its post-launch updates, especially after its overnight viral success on Steam. The latest update, Patch 5, elevates the drug dealer simulation to version 0.3.3f14. This patch brings a host of improvements, but the highlight for the community is the announcement of the first content update, set to launch this weekend.

PlaySchedule I has surged to become the top-selling game on Steam, outpacing major titles such as Monster Hunter Wilds, GTA 5, and Marvel Rivals. Its viral spread across social media, Twitch, and YouTube has fueled its popularity. In the game, players start as small-time dealers in the gritty city of Hyland Point and work their way up to become kingpins, managing the manufacture and distribution of various drugs. Expansion of your empire involves acquiring properties, businesses, and hiring employees.

Developed and published by the Australian indie developer Tyler under the studio name TVGS, Schedule I's explosive launch has been described as "amazing but pretty overwhelming." Tyler expressed his surprise at the game's reception on Reddit, stating, "I never expected this kind of response! At the moment I’m just trying to stay focused and get patches out ASAP. Also looking forward to getting started on content updates as soon as all major bugs are patched."

Patch 5 addresses numerous bugs related to employees, multiplayer, and casinos. Tyler has also introduced pathfinding validity checks to reduce the risk of crashes, enhancing the overall gaming experience.
