Season 1 of Marvel Rivals, "Eternal Night Falls," launching January 10th at 1 AM PST, introduces a thrilling new map: the Sanctum Sanctorum. This iconic location will host the game's newest mode, Doom Match, a chaotic free-for-all for 8-12 players where the top half emerges victorious.

This isn't the only new addition. Midtown Manhattan will feature in a fresh convoy mission, while Central Park is slated for a mid-season update. Dracula serves as the season's primary antagonist, with the Fantastic Four stepping up to defend New York City.

The Sanctum Sanctorum map itself is a visual feast, blending opulent decor with surreal elements. A recently released video showcases floating kitchenware, a bizarre refrigerator inhabitant, winding staircases, levitating bookshelves, and mystical artifacts – all within Doctor Strange's peculiar abode. The trailer even features a portrait of Wong and Doctor Strange's ghostly canine companion, Bats.
