Best Strategist in Marvel Rivals

Currently, seven support units in Marvel Rivals focus on healing and buffing teammates. While Jeff is a familiar face, he's not the only strategic powerhouse available. Let's explore the rankings:

BJeff the Land Shark, Loki, and Rocket Raccoon

Mantis excels as a top-tier support, healing allies and boosting damage by consuming orbs (which regenerate automatically; you can even get one instantly with a headshot!). While primarily a healer with limited damage output and fragility, her effectiveness is amplified by skilled headshots. Beginners will find her easy to use, too.

Luna Snow, another S-tier strategist, offers healing attacks and an Ice Art ability that enhances both her healing and damage. Her ultimate, Fate of Both Worlds, creates an AoE that heals allies or damages enemies depending on positioning. Her ease of use and focus on positioning and timing make her ideal for new players, although her primary role remains healing and supporting.

Adam Warlock and Cloack & Dagger

Adam Warlock shines with his ability to revive multiple fallen teammates, granting them temporary invincibility. His Avatar Life Stream heals allies, and Soul Bond shares damage across allies while providing a heal-over-time effect.

Cloak & Dagger offers a unique blend of support and damage. Cloak's attacks heal allies or damage opponents, with self-sustaining healing. Dagger focuses on damage and applying Vulnerability debuffs. Dark Teleportation boosts ally movement speed and provides invisibility.

B Tier

Rocket Raccoon, Jeff, and Loki in Marvel Rivals.

Jeff the Land Shark, while popular, lacks the potent healing of higher-tier characters. His simple kit pales in comparison to Mantis and Warlock, though he remains a decent option for new players seeking support.

Loki's effectiveness hinges on player skill and strategy. He heals allies and summons decoys, but careful positioning is crucial. His ultimate allows him to shapeshift into any hero for 15 seconds.

Rocket Raccoon offers utility and damage rather than pure healing. His Respawn Machine revives allies, but his powerful tools make him more of a hybrid DPS. Skillful use is essential, and his small size makes him a vulnerable target.

Ultimately, the best support character depends on your playstyle and enjoyment. This guide provides a framework, but your personal preference should guide your choice.

Marvel Rivals is available now on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
