For all you fishing aficionados eager to dive into the sanity-shredding isolation of the deep sea, the wait is finally over. Dredge, the highly-anticipated eldritch fishing simulator, is set to make its mobile debut on February 27th after a series of delays.

In Dredge, you step into the boots of a nameless fisherman navigating the mysterious waters around a desolate archipelago. Your primary task? Catch fish and sell them to the islanders. But the game goes beyond simple fishing; you'll need to manage and upgrade your boat, explore the archipelago, and unravel its eerie secrets. And when the fog rolls in at night, you might just catch a glimpse of something unsettling lurking in the depths.

Originally slated for a February 2025 release, the mobile version of Dredge has seen its fair share of delays. The iOS App Store listing has now been updated with the new release date, while the Android Google Play listing is yet to go live.

ytOh I do love to be beside the seasideDredge isn't just about the thrill of the catch; it features a deep upgrade system and a generous dose of Lovecraftian horror to keep you on the edge of your seat. While there's no word yet on additional DLC, the main game already includes expansions that expand the archipelago's mysteries.

With its engaging low-poly aesthetic, Dredge is poised to become a favorite among mobile gamers. The final release date is set, and many of you are likely counting down the days until you can experience this unique blend of fishing and horror.
