Новый креативный директор Star Wars Outlaws подробно описывает три направления деятельности

В своем первом крупном обновлении Star Wars Outlaws после запуска новый креативный директор Ubisoft Дрю Рехнер поделился планами по улучшению игровой механики и опыта игроков, отвечая на отзывы фанатов о таких ключевых областях, как бой, скрытность и управление. Согласно сообщению разработчика, их «самое большое обновление» выйдет 21 ноября вместе с дебютом игры в Steam и первым DLC.

Обновление от разработчиков начинается с искренней благодарности Рехнера сообществу Outlaws за их энтузиазм и поддержку в виде «фан-артов, комментариев и видеороликов, созданных вами вокруг игры». Но помимо этого, Рехнер в своем первом обращении к сообществу в качестве креативного директора благодарит игроков за ценные конструктивные отзывы. «Спасибо, что поделились с нами и помогли нам сделать игру еще лучше», — сказал он.

Выпустив уже три обновления игры, Massive Entertainment решает самые серьезные проблемы сообщества. Эти патчи уже исправили ошибки, улучшили динамику миссий, а также скорректировали камеру спидера и столкновения для более плавного передвижения как по пустынным планетам, так и по пышным джунглям.

Хотя Game8 присвоила игре 90 баллов, назвав ее исключительной игрой, отдающей должное франшизе «Звездные войны», Рехнер считает, что еще есть куда совершенствоваться. В своем отчете для разработчиков он определил три ключевые области, которые могут «еще больше улучшить игру».
