Сам генеральный директор Larian Свен Винке написал в Твиттере о невероятном росте популярности, заявив, что более миллиона модов было установлено в течение 24 часов после запуска патча 7 5 сентября. Позже эту цифру затмил основатель mod.io Скотт Рейсманис, который сообщил, что количество установок превысило три миллиона и продолжает расти. «Моддинг довольно популярен», — признал Винке.
