Ведущие разработчики с нетерпением ожидаемой игр для симуляции Life, Inzoi, недавно выдвинули вопросы фанатов, вызвав любопытство к подходу игры к чувствительным темам. Запрашивая о включении полового акта, помощник директора предложил намеренно неоднозначный ответ. Не упоминая «секс», объяснение оставило игроков озадаченными. По сути, было высказано предположение, что если бы персонаж Zoi мужчина и самка ложился вместе, намерение создать потомство было бы подразумевано, хотя визуальное представление будет оставлено для воображения игрока.

Это оставляет неясным, будет ли Inzoi справиться с темой секса с тем же уровнем цензуры, который можно увидеть в таких играх, как серия SIMS, или он введет новый подход.

Кроме того, разработчики проливают свет на то, почему Zois душат при ношении полотенец, а не использует пикселированную цензуру. Они объяснили, что пикселяция лучше выравнивается с мультяшной графикой, тогда как в игре с реалистичными визуальными эффектами, такими как Inzoi, она может показаться чрезмерно сексуализированной. Inzoi был оценен T (для подростков) ESRB и, как ожидается, получит рейтинг PEGI 12, согласуя его с оценками, приведенным SIMS 4.
