Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.6 'Among the Forgotten Ruins' Coming Soon

HoYoverse has unveiled the exciting details of Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.6, titled 'Among the Forgotten Ruins,' set to launch on March 12th. This update promises to shake things up in New Eridu with a rich narrative and new character developments.

What’s Happening in Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.6?

In this update, Proxies find themselves embroiled in a high-stakes auction orchestrated by the Mayor, who tasks them with securing a mysterious artifact connected to the Sacrifice. However, the phantom thief syndicate, Mockingbird, is determined to throw a wrench in the Mayor's plans. Other factions also have their eyes on the prize, adding to the tension. Meanwhile, the suspicious behavior of Hugo and Vivian leaves players questioning their true allegiances. Dive deeper into the story with the trailer below.

Version 1.6 also introduces a new unit, Anby Demara, previously known as Soldier 0 and leader of the Silver Squad. She now emerges as an S-Rank Electric Attack Agent, wielding dual swords to deal Electric damage. Trigger, an ace sniper from Obol Squad, joins the fray as an S-Rank Electric Stun Agent. With her Sniper Mode, she can dodge attacks, take precise shots, and set up teammates for Quick Assists.

Some Are Making a Comeback

Returning characters include Pulchra Fellini, an A-Rank Physical Stun Agent from the Sons of Calydon, alongside S-Rank Fire Anomaly Agent Burnice and S-Rank Ether Attack Agent Zhuyuan, who will have their rerun banners. The new boss, Geppetto, makes his debut in Hollow Zero.

The update also introduces new gameplay features. Difficulty VI in Battlefront Purge will challenge your skills, while the new Hollow Zero mode, Shadow Operation, enhances battle stages with special effects like increased damage based on accumulated coins. Trigger's TV Schedule brings third-person sniper gameplay, allowing players to engage in actual sniper missions. Additionally, March On, Tiny Titan! lets you control a Bangboo drone for unique challenges, and Little Knight's Big Charge offers ten trials to guide a Bangboo and earn rewards, including Pulchra as a playable agent.
