Wuthering Waves Version 1.4 Drops Soon With New Combat Mechanisms

Wuthering Waves Version 1.4, titled "When the Night Knocks," is almost here! Kuro Games has revealed exciting details and a sneak peek at this update, packed with gameplay enhancements and new mechanics.

Wuthering Waves Version 1.4 Release Date:

The update launches November 14th, introducing Camellya and Lumi to the Wuthering Waves roster. Lumi, a 4-star Electro Resonator, excels at high-speed attacks while moving. She'll appear in Yinlin and Xiangli Yao's rerun banners (Phase 2), alongside Camellya, a limited 5-star Havoc Sword character with her own banner in Phase 1.

New Combat Mechanics:

Version 1.4 introduces "Dream Link," a powerful team-up mechanic that synchronizes Resonators, amplifying their abilities and unleashing devastating combined attacks. Another addition is "Illusive Sprint," a speed boost activated by collecting blessings from the white cat. This allows for rapid battlefield traversal, perfect for dodging and engaging enemies. Both Dream Link and Illusive Sprint become permanent features after the Main Event concludes.

Weapon Projection Customization:

Weapon Projections allow players to customize their weapon's appearance without affecting performance. Participating in the Main Event rewards players with a free 4-star Sword Weapon Projection. Additionally, the Depths of Illusive Realm event offers a set of Transparent Weapon Projections, allowing for partial or full weapon invisibility.
