Good news for players! Saber Interactive has confirmed that Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 will launch DRM-free. This means no Denuvo or similar software will hinder your gaming experience. The developers have addressed player concerns regarding DRM's potential negative impact on performance.

A Clean Launch:

While foregoing DRM, the PC version will utilize Easy Anti-Cheat to combat cheating. The developers have also stated that there are currently no plans for official mod support. However, the game boasts a range of exciting features including a PvP arena, horde mode, and a comprehensive photo mode. Importantly, Saber Interactive assures players that all core gameplay content is free, with any future purchases limited to purely cosmetic items. No microtransactions will affect the base game experience. The game launches September 9th.
