Upcoming Pokemon GO Event Adding 2 New Paldean Pokemon

Pokemon GO's Fashion Week: Taken Over event, launching January 15th, introduces Shroodle and Grafaiai, marking their in-game debut. This event, running until January 19th, 8 PM local time, offers a wealth of activities for trainers.

Key features include:

• New Pokémon: Hatch Shroodle from 12km Eggs and evolve it into Grafaiai using 50 Shroodle Candy. Snapshot encounters with a fashionable Croagunk are also possible.

• Shadow Pokémon: Increased Team GO Rocket encounters at PokéStops and in balloons. Utilize Charged TMs to remove Frustration from Shadow Pokémon. New Shadow Pokémon encounters include Taillow, Snivy, Tepig, Oshawott, Trubbish, and Bunnelby. Shadow Raids feature Nidoran (♀ & ♂), Totodile, Ralts, Electabuzz, Magmar, and Wobbuffet. Remote Raid Passes are enabled for these raids for the first time.

• Special Research: A new Special Research storyline focuses on rescuing Shadow Palkia.

• Bonuses & Rewards: Field Research tasks provide Mysterious Components, Charged TMs, and Fast TMs. Collection Challenges and event-themed Showcases are also available. A 300-coin bundle in the in-game shop includes an Incubator, Rocket Radar, and Premium Battle Pass.

The event also paves the way for future additions: The Corviknight line arrives on January 21st, a Shadow Raid Day is imminent, and a Classic Community Day featuring Ralts is scheduled for January 25th. Get ready for a busy few weeks in the world of Pokémon GO!
