This main quest, unlocked after "Wedding Crashers," requires you to save Hans from execution in Trosky Castle before the bell tolls twelve times. Here's how to do it:

1. Hauling Sacks:

Begin by transporting sacks from a wagon to a nearby shed. This is a mandatory task; simply repeat until complete.

2. Assisting the Blacksmith:

Next, help the blacksmith by crafting a horseshoe using materials found at the forge. Deliver the finished horseshoe to the stables.

3. Aiding Fanka the Cook:

Retrieve a lockpick from a red pot in the forge. Speak with Fanka, the cook, and offer your assistance to gain access to the castle kitchen. While lockpicking isn't strictly required, it boosts your reputation and allows future food access.

4. Interacting with the Chamberlain:

Speak with the ailing chamberlain. Successfully persuading him to let you brew a Digestive Potion grants access to the surgeon's workshop. Otherwise, you'll need to sneak in.

5. Crafting the Fever Tonicum:

If you didn't convince the chamberlain, acquire food from the kitchen to distract a guard and sneak into the workshop. Regardless of your approach, access the surgeon's workshop and craft a Fever Tonicum (and a Digestive Potion if you persuaded the chamberlain).
