Tears of Themis Unveils "Ballad of the Dunes," a Collaborative Event Inspired by the Silk Road

The popular mobile game, Tears of Themis, has partnered with the Culture & Tourism Department of Gansu Province, China, to present a captivating limited-time event: Ballad of the Dunes. This collaboration draws heavily from the rich history and artistic heritage of the Silk Road and Dunhuang, offering players a unique in-game experience.

The event, running from February 13th to 20th, introduces new limited-edition MR cards featuring the four male leads in stunning Dunhuang-inspired designs. Players can earn Camel Bells by completing various tasks, which can then be used to unlock these cards and other rewards, including S-Chips.

Each of the four new MR cards – Luke's "In the Footsteps of Silk," Artem's "Serenade of the Soul," Vyn's "Reverberation Through Time," and Marius' "Void of Creation" – incorporates iconic motifs from Silk Road history and Dunhuang murals, such as flying apsaras and the distinctive pipa-playing technique. The event further enhances the narrative immersion through culturally rich Private Messages between characters. Complete four rounds to select a new MR card as your reward each time, and unlock the Celebration Dunes Namecard after flipping 100 cells.
