ConcernedApe, the creator of Stardew Valley, has confirmed that a patch addressing critical bugs on the Nintendo Switch version is imminent. These issues, a game-breaking divorce crash and problems with the raccoon shop, have already been resolved on PC, mobile, and other consoles.

The delay for the Switch patch is solely due to the complexities of porting the fix to Nintendo's platform. While no specific release date has been given, ConcernedApe assures players the update is coming "as soon as possible." This follows an earlier December announcement confirming the patch was under development.
