His potent ability, "Fated Destruction," attacks a single enemy, ignoring 60% of their defense and bypassing “[Unkillable]” and “[Block Damage]” buffs. Enemies slain by this ability cannot be revived if Rotos has full HP via "Vitality Plunder." A kill with "Fated Destruction" grants an extra turn. His basic ability, "Terror Scourge," attacks one enemy, has a 75% chance to inflict a 60% Defense reduction for two turns, and a 25% chance to grant an extra turn.
