Mutt's Location:

Mutt is situated near a wolf cave southwest of the Nomads' Camp, just east of the river bathing spot. The image below pinpoints his exact location.

The easiest route is fast traveling to the Nomads' Camp. From there, follow the path southwest into the forest. This will lead you directly to the cave. You'll hear Mutt's whimpers as you approach. Following the sound will reveal Mutt and a pack of wolves.

Approaching triggers a cutscene introducing Mutt and initiating a combat tutorial. You can choose to fight or flee the wolves. While combat might be challenging, defeating them offers valuable experience.

After the wolf encounter, Mutt becomes your companion. Hold L1 (or the equivalent button on your platform) while facing him to interact, allowing you to feed him or send him home.

Finding Mutt During the "Invaders" Side Quest:
