Mafia: The Old Country is set in 1900s Sicily during the rise of organized crime. You assume the role of Enzo Favara, who escapes a childhood of forced labor to pursue a life in the criminal underworld. By aligning with the Torrisi crime family, you help protect their interests from rival factions seeking to claim their territory.
