Lenovo Legion Go S Specifications & First Impressions:

This 8-inch gaming handheld boasts impressive specs: an AMD Ryzen Z2 Go processor, 32GB of RAM, and a 1TB SSD. Its redesigned, lighter and more rounded chassis eliminates the detachable controllers of its predecessor. While the Windows version is available now, a SteamOS variant will launch in May at a lower price point.

IGN's Jacqueline Thomas, after experiencing the Legion Go S at CES 2025, praised its comfortable ergonomics: "Despite the large screen, it feels surprisingly comfortable, especially without the extra buttons and controls of the original. The smooth, rounded sides and textured grips enhance the handheld experience and should improve grip security."

Thomas also highlighted the stunning display: "The 1200p LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate is gorgeous. The screen size ensures excellent visibility, and its brightness was impressive even in the well-lit CES 2025 demo area."
