Kingdom Come 2: Over 1,000 Bugs Slated for Fix

Author:Kristen Update:Mar 14,2025

Kingdom Come: Deliverance II launched in significantly better shape than its predecessor, but like most ambitious RPGs, it still faces technical hurdles. Warhorse Studios remains committed to post-launch improvements, and their next patch promises to be a massive undertaking.

In a recent interview with Tech4gamers, global PR manager Tobias Stolz-Zwilling revealed the upcoming patch tackles over 1,000 bugs:

"This patch has been in development for over five months and includes well over a thousand fixes."

Naturally, players are anticipating more than just bug fixes; new gameplay mechanics or quality-of-life improvements would be welcome additions. The extensive development time suggests significant enhancements are possible, though details await the official patch notes.

Furthermore, Warhorse confirmed official mod support is arriving within the next two weeks. Initially, however, modding capabilities will be limited; creating custom missions, for example, won't be immediately possible. The studio plans to expand modding tools over time. A precise release date for the patch remains unannounced.
