The format for Six Invitational 2025 remains unchanged from 2024, but for those new to the event, let's break it down. The tournament consists of two phases: the group stage and a double-elimination playoff.

During the group stage, all teams are divided into four groups and compete in a round-robin format. Each match is crucial, not only for survival but also for securing a better seeding in the playoffs.

The top four teams from each group will advance directly to the upper bracket of the playoffs, starting with a guaranteed 9th-12th place finish and skipping the first round.
