Prime Video Unveils Invincible Season 3's New Voice Cast, Teasing Major Story Arcs

With Invincible: Season 3 on the horizon, Prime Video has announced a stellar addition to the voice cast. Aaron Paul will voice Powerplex, John DiMaggio will portray The Elephant, and Simu Liu will lend his voice to Multi-Paul, Dupli-Kate's brother. However, the most intriguing additions are shrouded in mystery: Jonathan Banks (Breaking Bad) and Doug Bradley (Hellraiser) have joined the cast, but their roles remain undisclosed.

This secrecy likely safeguards significant plot twists in Season 3. Speculation is rife about which characters Banks and Bradley will embody. Furthermore, the rapid aging of Christian Convery's Oliver Grayson and his emergence as a sidekick for Invincible raise compelling questions.

Jonathan Banks as Conquest?

Given Banks' expertise in portraying hardened villains, Conquest from the Invincible comics seems a likely candidate. A powerful Viltrumite, Conquest presents an ultimatum to Invincible: conquer his homeworld or face death. Season 2 hinted at this confrontation, making it a probable Season 3 focal point.

Doug Bradley's Enigmatic Role

Bradley's casting adds another layer of intrigue. Considering his horror background, a villainous role is highly anticipated. Two possibilities emerge: Dinosaurus, an eco-terrorist seeking to cleanse the world, or Grand Regent Thragg, the ultimate antagonist of the Invincible saga. Dinosaurus's cartoonish appearance might benefit from Bradley's gravelly voice, while Thragg's immense power and age would be perfectly suited to Bradley's commanding presence.

Oliver Grayson's Accelerated Growth

Season 2 introduced Oliver, Mark's half-brother, a half-Thraxan, half-Viltrumite hybrid aging at an accelerated rate. Christian Convery's casting reflects Oliver's rapid development from toddler to preteen in Season 3. His burgeoning powers and the adoption of the "Kid Omni-Man" codename promise significant impact on the storyline.
