Honkai: Star Rail Leak Shares Early Details About Anaxa

Honkai: Star Rail Leaks Reveal Anaxa's Versatile Gameplay

Recent leaks from Honkai: Star Rail offer a glimpse into the anticipated gameplay of Anaxa, a new character slated for release in the Amphoreus region. These leaks suggest Anaxa will be a highly versatile addition, boasting a kit packed with utility abilities.

Anaxa, one of several "Flame-Chaser" characters from Honkai Impact 3rd making their Star Rail debut, is expected to significantly impact team compositions. The leaks indicate he'll possess the ability to manipulate enemy weaknesses, a feature reminiscent of Silver Wolf, and delay enemy turns, a mechanic shared with characters like Silver Wolf and Welt. Furthermore, Anaxa is rumored to possess offensive capabilities, including defense reduction and damage amplification for himself or his allies. A specific release date remains unconfirmed.

Anaxa's rumored abilities appear to draw inspiration from several existing popular characters. His weakness application mirrors Silver Wolf's flexibility, while his defense reduction resembles Pela's utility. The turn-delaying mechanic is a familiar feature, already present in the kits of Silver Wolf and Welt.

This combination of offensive and supportive capabilities positions Anaxa as a potentially dominant support character. Currently, the game's meta features strong supports like Ruan Mei and Robin, with newer additions like Sunday and Fugue also proving popular. The upcoming Version 3.1 will introduce Tribbie, another damage-focused support. Anaxa's leaked abilities suggest he could significantly shift the Honkai: Star Rail meta upon his arrival. The Amphoreus region, already featuring Star Rail versions of popular Honkai Impact 3rd characters like Kevin Kaslana (Phainon) and Elysia (Cyrene), is set to further expand its roster with this highly anticipated Flame-Chaser.
