Sharp-eyed Helldivers 2 players uncovered a potential leak from PlayStation, hinting at an upcoming battle against the Illuminate on Super Earth's urban streets.

This week, Arrowhead unleashed the full Illuminate invasion, introducing new enemy types. In-game lore suggested the Illuminate were targeting Super Earth, and a leak from the official Czech Republic Threads account now indicates players will face them on their home planet.

Redditor xTekshi noticed the now-deleted post, which mentioned a "Heart of Democracy" update slated for May 20. Although this term appeared in this week's update notes, neither Sony nor Arrowhead have tied it to a May 20 launch.

The timing aligns with the conclusion of the current Major Order, adding credibility to the rumor.

The update seems almost certain, with Sony and Arrowhead's language pointing to an imminent clash (“High Command believes this Fleet's ultimate objective to be the invasion of Super Earth itself” and “Battle on Super Earth is inevitable”).

Fans suspect the Czech account unintentionally revealed Helldivers 2’s next major update, which could introduce combat on Super Earth. If confirmed, this would mark a bold shift for the fast-paced third-person shooter, currently limited to alien planet maps, bringing a fresh urban battlefield.
