Hearthstone's Battlegrounds Season 9: A Cosmic Overhaul Arriving December 3rd!

Get ready for a stellar upgrade to Bob's Technotavern! Hearthstone Battlegrounds Season 9 launches December 3rd, bringing a universe of changes, including a complete minion lineup revamp and the elimination of Trinkets. Prepare for cosmic vibes, flashy tech, and a whole new feel.

New Battlegrounds Tokens:

These tokens, usable at the hero selection screen, let you reroll a hero option. Perfect for escaping those undesirable choices!

Reveal Schedule:

• November 20th: Naga and Dragon reveals.
• November 21st: Quilboar and Beast reveals.
• November 22nd: Pirate and Duos-only reveals.
• November 25th: Murloc and Demon reveals.
• November 26th: Elemental and Undead reveals.
• December 2nd: Preview event streams and 31.2 patch notes.

More New Features:

• Three new heroes: Farseer Nobundo, with his Galaxy's Lens, is already generating excitement.
• Minion and Spell Pool Overhaul: Approximately 90 minions and Tavern spells are being added or removed.
• Solo Battlegrounds Damage Cap Adjustment: Early-game damage is capped at 5, increasing to 10 on turn 4 and 15 on turn 8. The cap is removed once you reach the top 4.

Minion Rollout:

• December 3rd: Beasts, Dragons, Quilboar, Pirates, Naga, and Mechs enter the pool.
• December 5th: Murlocs and Demons join the fray.
• December 9th: Undead and Elementals complete the lineup.
