Hades 2 Set for Timed Exclusive Launch on Nintendo Switch and Switch 2

Hades 2 will debut as a timed console exclusive on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.

Although an exact release date remains unconfirmed, developer Supergiant has announced that the eagerly awaited sequel will launch simultaneously on PC, Nintendo Switch 2, and the original Switch later this year.

Last week's Nintendo Direct revealed that Hades 2 would arrive on the enhanced Nintendo Switch 2, but Supergiant has now clarified that the game will also be a timed exclusive on both Nintendo platforms.

"Hades II v1.0 will launch simultaneously on our Early Access platforms (Steam and Epic Games Store), Nintendo Switch 2, and the original Nintendo Switch," the team recently stated on X/Twitter.

It remains uncertain when Hades 2 will expand to other platforms, such as PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X and S.
