The outage rendered all online PlayStation console games inaccessible, including the MH Wilds beta. Service was restored around 8 PM EST, according to the official NA X (Twitter) support account.

While the exact timing of the potential extension remains unannounced, a 24-hour addition is being considered to compensate for lost playtime. This could occur anytime between the conclusion of Beta Test 2 Part 2 and February 27th, the day before the game's official launch. Part 1 of Beta Test 2 is complete, and Part 2 commences February 13th at 7 PM PT. Players can anticipate resuming gameplay, and perhaps encountering the amusing low-poly character bug.

Capcom has acknowledged that the beta test build is outdated and doesn't reflect the final game.
