1. Locate Statue Heads: Two statue heads are required. These are found within the Dark Aether Nexus, concealed inside destructible wooden boxes. Use melee attacks to break the boxes and collect the heads. One box is near a palm tree in a corner of the Nexus (closest to the green Gateway portal), and the other is near the Juggernog Perk Machine.

   

2. Repair Roman Statues: Take the statue heads to the Dig Site. Place each head on a ruined Roman statue. One statue is near the Ammo Cache, and the other is closer to the Roman Mausoleum (Pack-a-Punch area).

3. Complete the Blood Sacrifice: Interacting with the repaired statues initiates a "Blood Sacrifice." This involves surviving waves of powerful HVT enemies (Shock Mimics and Doppelghasts). The challenge restricts players to 1 HP, making armor crucial. Solo players can strategically use Mutant Injection to become a Mangler, while co-op teams can utilize a Chopper Gunner for easier completion.

   

4. Purchase the Vest: After completing both Blood Sacrifices, the Gold Armor Vest becomes available for purchase as a Wall Buy in the Roman Mausoleum.
