Firebreak: 2024's Oddest Shooter Game Unveiled

Clash Royale has finally released a significant enhancement for the Inferno Dragon. Nearly a decade after its introduction without an Evolution feature, this fiery Legendary card receives a powerful upgrade. To mark the occasion, Supercell collaborated with Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola for a special unveiling event.

Nine years since its debut, the Inferno Dragon takes center stage in a new Clash Royale trailer. Ismo Leikola delivers a standout performance as the dragon's eccentric Hollywood agent, pushing for stardom beyond the mobile game.

The trailer shows the fiery creature playfully abandoning its Clash Royale duties to pursue Tinseltown dreams.

The Evolved Inferno Dragon introduces a significant gameplay change. While the original version reset its damage output when switching targets, the upgraded form maintains its escalating beam intensity.

New Season Launches With Dragon Evolution

Titled "How to Evolve Your Dragon!", the season brings the Inferno Dragon Evolution and reintroduces the 2v2 League feature. Players can partner with friends or be matched randomly to climb the competitive ladder.

Milestone Events starting from Arena 7 offer various rewards including 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, an Epic Book of Cards, and exclusive cosmetic items.

Crown Chase #1 awards a customized Battle Banner with frame and decoration plus an Epic Book of Cards. Crown Chase #2 follows with another Battle Banner and 3 Evolution Shards.

To showcase the new Evolution cards, developers have scheduled multiple special game modes throughout June and early July. The Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft runs June 2-9, followed by the Inferno Dragon Challenge (June 6-9) offering unique Battle Banners and Emotes.

Evolution Mayhem (June 9-16) allows decks with up to 4 Evolution Cards. Magical Trio follows from June 16-23, then 4 Card Showdown (June 23-30). Evolution Bonanza (June 30-July 7) permits 8 Evolution Cards per deck.
