The food items seen in the trailer are available at Yoshi's diner locations throughout the game's courses, functioning like drive-thru stops where racers can grab take-out similar to an item box. The menu is diverse, featuring burgers, steak kebabs, pizza, and donuts. And yes, Cow can consume them all.
