Streamline your Path of Exile 2 looting experience with loot filters! These invaluable tools minimize on-screen clutter, highlighting crucial items amidst the chaos of numerous drops. While convenient on PC, console players can also leverage this feature. This guide simplifies the process for PlayStation and Xbox users.

How to Link Path of Exile 2 and Console Accounts

To utilize loot filters on PoE 2's console versions, you must link your console account to your Path of Exile account via the Path of Exile 1 website. Here's how:

1. Access the Path of Exile website and log in.
2. Locate your account name (top-left corner) and click it.
3. Select "Manage Account" (right side, below your profile).
4. Under "Secondary Login," click "Connect" for either PlayStation or Xbox.

Follow the on-screen prompts to link your console account.

Finding and Using Loot Filters

With accounts linked, return to your website profile and click the "Item Filters" button (right side). Click the "Item Filter Ladder" hyperlink. A new tab will open displaying available filters.

Select "PoE 2" from the drop-down menu. Choose a filter (NeverSink's semi-strict or regular filters are recommended for beginners) and click "Follow."

Finally, in-game, navigate to the Options menu, then the Game tab. Select your chosen filter from the "Item Filter" drop-down menu (top of the Game tab) and save your settings. Your loot filter is now active, differentiating items via labels, colors, or sounds.
