The Brannof family requires your assistance in Brighter Shores. Besides inheriting their estate, they've also inherited the unfortunate loss of a crucial weapons shipment. This guide details how to help them recover The Lost Shipment.

Starting the Quest:

Locate the Brannof Hall Dining Room, accessible from Brannof Boulevard near the Town Square. Speak with Cohen; he'll reveal the missing weapons and enlist your aid. Crucially, speak to him again to receive two vital leads.

Completing the Quest:

This quest involves two separate investigations. Before proceeding, remove any Town Guard attire to avoid suspicion.

1. Captain Shirker's Lead:

Find Captain Shirker on his ship, The Vincible, docked southeast in town. After a meal at The Delectable Dab (near the Town Square), he'll mention a man in a blue waistcoat.

Locate the Man in a Blue Waistcoat in the Town Square. He'll point you towards a weapons dealer, "The Illusion," and suggests impersonating someone named Sam (who has a monobrow).

Visit the hairdresser on Old Street West (8 Silver and 280 Copper required for the monobrow).

2. The Hooked Hand Lead:

Investigate The Hooked Hand restaurant near Eel Street. Speak with patrons until you're directed to The Frequently Fresh Fish Stall.

The stall is beyond the Eel Street Bridge. The Fishmonger requires a Fetid Flounder (requires Level 25 Fishing Skill). Catch it, write a note (using Quill, Ink, and Paper from Lord Brannof's desk), place it inside the fish, and give it to the Fishmonger.

Hide nearby; observe who buys the fish.

Following the Stranger:

Follow the Furtive Stranger to Monab Row. Ensure your monobrow is visible (remove any Guard armor). Identify yourself as "Monobrow Sam," defeat the thief (Level 30), and retrieve the Plumbatae. Return the weapons to Brannof Hall to complete the quest.
