Last month, GungHo Online Entertainment announced a new casual mobile RPG, Disney Pixel-Art RPG, slated for release later this year. Now, the first gameplay trailer has dropped (via Gematsu), showcasing the game's charming pixel art style and diverse gameplay.

While the App Store currently lists an October 7th release date, this should be considered a placeholder. The initial placeholder of early September has already passed. Disney Pixel-Art RPG is confirmed for release on iOS and Android this year as a free-to-play title with in-app purchases.
