AFK Journey Unveils Horror-Themed Season: Chains of Eternity

Farlight Games, the publishing arm of Lilith Games, has unveiled an exciting seasonal update for AFK Journey called Chains of Eternity. This update transforms the game into a wintry wonderland filled with mystery, thrills, and fun, offering players a rich experience wrapped in horror-thriller vibes.

Cedartown in the Duchy of Whiteridge is festively decorated for the Snowspire Festival, but a dark secret lurks beneath the surface. Chains of Eternity weaves a compelling narrative of friendship, betrayal, and redemption. The season is available for servers that have been active for at least 35 days. To unlock it, players need to reach Level 240 with their Hands of Resonance and complete the New Journey quest.

What’s the New Stuff?

Upon unlocking the content, a quest will appear in Holistone, immediately immersing you in the new storyline, Shattered Loop. This update introduces Elijah & Lailah, the Celestial Twins, who can be recruited through Stargaze Station and the Guild Store.

For those who missed the Waves of Intrigue season, it's making a comeback. Starting January 20th, players can access it in the Peaks of Time mode after completing The Last Leg quest. This mode allows you to revisit the season's storyline, collect map resources, and continue from where you left off if you've played it before. Your Fish Collection progress and Rustport Fishing Level will carry over, so you won't have to start from scratch.
