Steam traf 40 Millionen Spieler: Monster Hunter Wilds Boosts Rekord

Steam, der digitale Spielverteiler für PC-Spieler, hat seinen eigenen gleichzeitigen Benutzerrekord zerstört und erreicht einen beispiellosen Höhepunkt von über 40 Millionen Spielern. Der jüngste Höhepunkt wird hauptsächlich auf die Veröffentlichung von Monster Hunter Wilds zurückgeführt, die allein einen 24-Stunden-Höhepunkt von 1,38 Millionen gleichzeitigen Nutzern verzeichnete. Andere Titel wie Counter-Strike 2, PUBG, Dota 2 und Marvel-Konkurrenten trugen ebenfalls zu diesem Anstieg bei, mit beeindruckenden 24-Stunden-Gipfeln von 1,7 Millionen, 819.541, 657.780 und 268.283 Benutzern.
