Laut Angaben von Downdetektor, einer Website, die Online -Serviceausfälle verfolgt, wurden Berichte über die Störung um 6 Uhr morgens auf den Punkt gebracht. Während des gesamten Morgens stießen zahlreiche Benutzer, einschließlich unseres Teams bei IGN, auf Schwierigkeiten zuzugreifen, die auf den Service zuzugreifen. Selbst als wir es geschafft haben, die App zu öffnen, weigerte es sich, Musik zu spielen.
