Die Jungs sind wieder in der Stadt - und mit den Jungen meinen wir Stan, Kyle, Kenny und Cartman. South Park wird für die 27. Staffel zurückkehren, und es scheint, dass unsere Lieblingscrew aus Colorado den aktuellen Stand der Dinge in Angriff nehmen wird, wenn auch auf ihre eigene einzigartige, kaum laufende Art und Weise.

Die geliebte Animationsserie veröffentlichte einen neuen Trailer, um die kommende Saison bekannt zu geben, aber mit einer Wendung. Es hat das Publikum zunächst dazu gebracht zu glauben, dass es einen kleinen Einblick in ein neues Drama bekommen würde. Die intensive Bearbeitung und die spannende Musik des Trailers schufen eine bedrohliche Atmosphäre ... bis Randy, Stans Vater und seine Schwester Shelley auf dem Bildschirm erschienen. Nach dem Gag wechselt der Trailer zurück in eine intensive Aktion, was auf mehrere bedeutende und aktuelle Ereignisse in der neuen Saison hinweist. Dazu gehören mehrere Flugzeugabstürze, das Sturz der Freiheitsstatue, ein P. diddy Cameo und ein erwarteter Konflikt mit Kanada. Fans der Show, insbesondere diejenigen, die den Film South Park 1999 gesehen haben: größer, länger und ungeschnitten, werden von letzterem nicht überrascht sein.

Der Teaser bestätigt, dass die 27. Staffel am 9. Juli 2025 auf Comedy Central Premiere hat und seit dem Abschluss der 26. Staffel über zwei Jahre markiert wird. Seitdem hat die Serie drei Specials ausgestrahlt: South Park: An der Panderverse und South Park (nicht für Kinder für Kinder) im Jahr 2023, gefolgt von South Park: Das Ende des Endes der Fettsätigkeit im Jahr 2024.

South Park, der im Jahr 2022 sein 25 -jähriges Bestehen feierte, ist seit seinem Debüt im Jahr 1997 ein Grundnahrungsmittel für Comedy Central und erhielt schnell weit verbreitete Anerkennung.
