Eine Filmproduktionsfirma aus Louisiana, Stellarblade, verklagt Sony und Shift Up, den Entwickler des PS5-Spiels Stellar Blade, wegen angeblicher Markenverletzung. Er beansprucht seit 2006 den Besitz der Domain stellarblade.com und betreibt seine Filmproduktionsfirma seit 2011 unter diesem Namen. Shift Up ließ die Marke „Stellar Blade“ im Januar 2023 registrieren, nachdem das Spiel 2019 zunächst als „Project Eve“ angekündigt wurde und 2022 umbenannt.
