Jason Momoa weist auf Lobos Auftritt in 'Supergirl: Frau of Tomorrow' hin

Jason Momoa, bekannt für seine Rolle als Aquaman im inzwischen definierten DC Extended Universe (DCEU), soll den legendären Charakter-Lobo im kommenden DC Universe (DCU) -Film Supergirl: Frau of Tomorrow , geplant, im Juni 2026, im Juni 2026. Czarnia und ist der letzte Überlebende seiner Rasse, ähnlich wie Superman. Lobo wurde von Roger Slifer und Keith Giffen erstellt und erschien 1983 erstmals in Omega Men #3 .

Momoa, der seine langjährige Bewunderung für den Charakter zum Ausdruck gebracht hat, teilte seine Aufregung über die Darstellung von Lobo in einem Interview mit Screenrant mit. Er deutete auf ein kurzes, aber beeindruckendes Erscheinungsbild und betonte die raue und schroffe Natur des Charakters und das ikonische Fahrrad. "Nun, dies ist die Rolle, die ich schon immer spielen wollte", erklärte Momoa und erkannte die ästhetischen Ähnlichkeiten zwischen ihm und Lobo an. "Es ist ziemlich groß. Ich möchte nicht zu viel verschenken, aber ich meine, wir sehen ziemlich tot aus, genau wie der Charakter, und er ist ziemlich rau und schroff und ... ich werde sagen, das Fahrrad ist wirklich cool."

Trotz Lobos bedeutender Präsenz in der Comic -Welt stellte Momoa klar, dass Supergirl: Frau of Tomorrow in erster Linie Supergirls Geschichte ist, wobei Lobo ein flüchtiges Erscheinungsbild erzielt. "Es ist ihr Film, also ist es großartig. Ich komme einfach ein bisschen rein", fügte er hinzu.

Der Film basiert auf dem gleichnamigen Graphic -Roman von Tom King, Bilquis Evely und Ana Norgueira, die der Geschichte eines außerirdischen Mädchens namens Ruthye Marye Knoll folgt, die mit Hilfe von Supergirl Rache für den Mord an ihrem Vater sucht. Milly Alcock, bekannt aus dem House of the Dragon , spielt Kara Zor-El, auch bekannt als Supergirl. Die Besetzung umfasst auch Matthias Schoenaerts als Bösewicht Krem, Eve Ridley als Ruthye, David Krumholtz als Supergirls Vater Zor-El und Emily Beecham als Supergirls Mutter.

Im Januar teilte James Gunn, Co-Chief von DC, das erste Foto von Milly Alcock als Supergirl mit und signalisierte den Produktionsbeginn. Supergirl: Frau of Tomorrow wird der zweite Film in der neu gestarteten DCU sein, der Gunns Superman in diesem Sommer in die Kinos schlagen wird. Der Clayface -Film der DCU soll im September 2026 veröffentlicht werden.
