Ein russisches Modding-Team, das Revolutionsteam, hat seinen "GTA Vice City NextGen Edition" Mod trotz Take-Two Interactive, Rockstars Muttergesellschaft, veröffentlicht und YouTube-Takedowns veröffentlicht. Diese ehrgeizige Projekttransplantation Vice City's World, Cutscenes und Missionen aus dem Jahr 2002 in GTA 4 von 2008 von 2008.
