AMD hat seine Ryzen-8000-Prozessoren der nächsten Generation vorgestellt, die auf Gaming-Laptops zugeschnitten sind und von den leistungsstarken Ryzen 9 8945HX angeführt wurden. Im Gegensatz zu den zu Beginn dieses Jahres eingeführten Chips der Ryzen AI 300 -Serie nutzen diese neuen Prozessoren die bewährte Zen 4 -Architektur der letzten Generation.

AMD setzt vier neue Hochleistungsverfahren für Gaming-Laptops aus. Das Flaggschiff Ryzen 9 8945HX bietet 16 Kerne und 32 Fäden, wobei eine Boost -Uhr bis zu 5,4 GHz erreicht. Am anderen Ende des Spektrums ist der Ryzen 7 8745HX mit 8 Kernen, 16 Fäden und einer Boost -Uhr von 5,1 GHz ausgestattet. Diese neuen Prozessoren spiegeln die Spezifikationen ihrer Vorgänger eng wider. Zum Beispiel bestand der Ryzen 9 7945HX auch 16 Kerne und eine 5,4 -GHz -Boost -Uhr mit 80 MB Cache.
