Support & FAQs:

1. Password Recovery:

• If you have a security email, a "Forgot Password" option will appear after incorrect password attempts. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset.
• If you lack a security email but have cloud backups, reinstall the Vault app and recover your data from the cloud.

2. Accessing Vault in Stealth Mode:

• Add the Vault widget to your home screen. Tap the widget and enter your password.
• Alternatively, use the "NQ calculator" (available on Google Play) – input your password and tap "=".

3. Lost Photos/Videos:

Certain cleaning or storage optimization apps might delete Vault's data folder. Avoid deleting Vault's data folder and subfolders (mnt/sdcard/SystemAndroid) when using such apps. Regularly back up your data to the cloud for ultimate protection.
