1. When a consumer submits an order, it is sent to all importers. Tashleeh Pro then finds the best offers with the lowest prices and presents them to the consumer, ensuring optimal value and service.

2. The consumer can browse all received offers and has complete freedom to choose the best one.

3. Consumers can share offers via specific social media platforms.

4. The app lets consumers select their preferred payment method for a smooth transaction, whether online or cash on delivery.

5. Consumers can choose how to receive their order: either through our efficient delivery service or by picking it up directly from the importer's shop.

6. Order tracking is available via external notifications, the app's notification page/screen, or by checking the order status directly.

7. Consumers can contact management at any time to submit comments or complaints.

8. The app allows for service evaluation, where feedback can be sent and monitored by the management team.
