Common reasons for payment failures from your mobile balance:

- Corporate mobile numbers;

- Outstanding trust payments;

- No account activity since number activation;

- Initial balance not utilized;

- SIM card replacement within 24 hours of payment.

Passengers can freely create virtual transport cards through the application. Self-service registration is available for regular and student cards. Other preferential card types require in-person registration at company offices with appropriate documentation.

Virtual transport cards can be recharged using card numbers directly within this mobile application or through third-party platforms like Kaspi Bank, Halyk Bank (homebank), and others.

Required system permissions:

1) Camera - Enables QR code scanning functionality for ticket validation.

2) Location - Ensures accurate city map displays, automatic bus detection for simplified fare payment (matching passenger and bus GPS locations), and route planning from current location to destination. Users can input destinations via map selection or text addresses. The routing algorithm includes transfer information.
