Marvel Snap Returns: разработчики ищут нового издателя

19 января Tiktok, популярная платформа для социальных сетей, временно остановила свою деятельность в Соединенных Штатах, неожиданно затронув Marvel Snap, известную карточную игру, разработанную Second Gund Studios и выпущенную Nuverse, подразделением Bytedance, материнской компанией Tiktok. Это нарушение заставило Marvel Snap недоступен в течение полных 24 часов, прежде чем он был возвращен в Интернет. Тем не менее, игра по-прежнему предпринимает усилия по восстановлению полной функциональности, причем в настоящее время закупки в игре недоступны.

В ответ на этот инцидент разработчики второго ужина студий рассматривают изменения в издателях и планируют перевести некоторые услуги на внутренние ресурсы для предотвращения будущих сбоев. Second Gunned Studios взяла на себя обязательство предоставить дальнейшие обновления ситуации. Несмотря на возвращение игры в Steam для пользователей ПК, многие игроки все еще сталкиваются с проблемами авторизации. Разработчики выразили свое удивление в инциденте и старательно работают над полным восстановлением услуг игры. Официальное заявление от платформы X успокаивает игроков, в котором говорится:
