Record Your Catch

This app simplifies catch record submission for all English and Welsh vessels under 10 metres (U10m) fishing in UK waters. All U10m vessels must record their catches; this data supports sustainable fishing management by UK authorities.

Eligible users include registered vessel owners and skippers. Owners will receive an invitation email (timing depends on vessel size) with a one-month registration deadline. Skippers should contact vessel owners for invitations. Producer organisation members leasing quota should continue using paper logbooks.

This service replaces NEP1 and MSAR1 forms. Note that local IFCAs might require extra information depending on location. Logbook completion for leased quota or fishing in multiple ICES areas (IV4/VIId and VIId/VIIe) is also no longer required via this service.
