Author:Kristen Update:Apr 12,2025

In *League of Legends* (*LoL*), the latest minigame to capture players' attention is the Demon’s Hand card game. A key component to mastering this game is understanding and effectively using Sigils, which can significantly boost your progress.

What Are Sigils in the Demon’s Hand in LoL?

Sigils are special stones that provide you with bonuses in the Demon’s Hand. You can equip up to six Sigils at once, each offering unique effects that can enhance your gameplay by boosting your hands or weakening your opponents. These effects automatically activate when you play a hand that triggers them, making it easier to defeat opponents and progress through the minigame.

The placement of Sigils in their designated box can be crucial, especially when facing different opponents. On the map, you can preview the next opponent’s unique effect, which might influence your cards or Sigils. For instance, some effects could negate the value of a particular suit or reduce damage if you play fewer cards. More importantly, some opponents can render your first Sigil inactive, so strategically rearranging your Sigils before a battle can ensure your key damage-boosting Sigils remain effective.

Obtaining Sigils is straightforward: you can purchase them at the Sigil Shop, marked by two coins on the map. When you stop at these locations, you'll have the option to choose from three Sigils, which vary in strength and price. If the options don't suit your needs, you can refresh the shop for one coin to view a new selection. Additionally, if your Sigil box is full, you can sell unwanted Sigils at the shop to make room for new ones that might better fit your strategy.

That's everything you need to know about Sigils in the Demon’s Hand minigame in *LoL*. If card games aren't your thing, keep an eye out for the upcoming April Fools skins to spice up your gameplay on Summoner’s Rift.
